Your Data

If you want to book our services, you will have to pay a deposit. If you pay the said deposit, you will be asked to supply information relevant to your purchase including personal contact information, the requirements and date of your event and any other relevant information needed for Coffee'n Cream to carry out our service to you.

Our website contains links to third-party web sites or services that are not controlled by Coffee'n Cream, including social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram. We do not have any control over the content, privacy policies, or practices of these third party sites and we do not accept any responsibility for actions on those sites. In accordance with this you the customer further acknowledge and agree that Coffee'n Cream shall not be responsible in any way for any damage or loss caused or allegedly caused by or in connection with use of third party sites, content and actions.

Performance Times

We aim to guarantee you that our performance services start promptly at the time of your choosing. However, as can be the nature in our business industry this is not always possible where performers are required to travel over large distances or where they are required to perform at multiple bookings. If a performer needs to change the booking time they will contact you the customer directly to discuss options and ensure you get the very best service. Typically we advise that you afford the performer 15 minutes leeway at the start or end of your booking slot.

Refund and Cancellations

The customer is entitled to a full refund of their paid booking deposit within 14 days of confirming the booking, unless the performance is due to be provided within the next 14 days, in which case is at the discretion of Coffee n Cream to refund if determine that we can fill the cancelled slot with another performance. We enforce this policy for the reason that if you have booked and subsequently cancelled one of our performers then they have missed a work opportunity and are no longer available for booking by other customers.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of United Kingdom and Ireland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time without notice. If an alteration affects your booking, then we aim to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
